🎯 Your Role
As a Sales Closer, you will take over hot or warm leads (generated by our lead generation team) and turn them into signed deals. You’ll handle discovery calls, present solutions, and negotiate packages for SEO, web development, PPC, and other services.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Conduct Zoom or phone sales calls with qualified leads
Understand client needs and recommend suitable digital marketing packages
Present service decks, pricing, case studies, and project plans
Follow up with prospects via email, WhatsApp, or CRM
Close deals and ensure smooth handoff to the onboarding or client delivery team
Work with the sales and marketing team to refine pitch strategy
Maintain CRM or lead tracking system accurately
Meet or exceed monthly closing and revenue targets
🧠 Key Requirements
Proven experience in closing sales (preferably in digital services, SaaS, or agencies)
Strong communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills
Comfortable with video meetings and international clients (US, UK, etc.)
Fluent English (spoken and written)
Ability to explain technical services like SEO, PPC, and website design to non-technical clients
Confident, proactive, and result-driven mindset
🌟 Bonus Skills (Good to Have)
Experience working in or selling for digital marketing agencies
Familiarity with tools like Notion, Slack, HubSpot, or Zoho CRM

🎯 Your Role
As a Paid Ads Specialist, you’ll manage high-performing ad campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram). You’ll be responsible for planning, launching, optimizing, and reporting on paid campaigns that drive leads, sales, or traffic for clients in various industries.
🔧 Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute Google Ads (Search, Display, YouTube) and Meta Ads campaigns
Create and manage campaigns for lead generation, e-commerce, and brand awareness
Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, and ad copywriting
Set up conversion tracking, pixels, GA4, and retargeting funnels
Optimize campaigns for ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversion goals
A/B test creatives, headlines, and landing pages
Generate client performance reports with insights and recommendations
Stay updated on algorithm changes, ad trends, and platform best practices
🧠 Key Requirements
2–4 years of hands-on experience with Google Ads & Meta Ads
Strong knowledge of campaign structure, bidding strategies, audience segmentation
Proficient in tools: Google Ads Manager, Meta Business Suite, GA4, Google Tag Manager
Proven results in managing ₹50K+ ad budgets monthly
Excellent analytical and reporting skills
Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and communicate clearly with clients
