#1 Shani Dev Temple Lambloo
Of course, we believe in God and infact, Himachal is well known for its Land of God and it’s religious culture. And guess what? It’s good to start a journey with some religious places before actually getting into some fantastic locations. Talking about the specialty of “Shani Dev Mandir”, it has a long 52 feet long Hanuman sculpture along with other Gods sculpture in the perfect location. It is just 10KM away from Hamirpur and it took a maximum of 30 minutes to reach there. You can spend some peaceful time and enjoy the perfect sunset from this temple. However, If you visit this place in the Weekends then you will end up saving your meals food too. We personally like this place for photography and for meditation.

#2 Swimming Pool Gasota
Yes, you read it right, Swimming Pool. Many of us do not aware of it. But In Hamirpur, you have an Open Swimming Pool with a sort of natural water from the mountains. We have attached few pictures of this Gasota Mahadev Swimming Pool below. If you guys are planning to visit “Shani Temple Lambloo” then you have an option to visit both one after another. Since the location of this pool and above the temple is on the same side of Hamirpur and yes! if you are visiting Temple you should visit to this swimming pool for perfect baths. Of course, Separated for both Boys and Girls.
The reason we have mentioned this swimming pool gasota in our list is just that if you are looking to chill out your weekend in Summer then you may go there, have a bath and enjoy the perfect location with the best photoshoots as well.
#3 NIT Hamirpur (हमीरपुर)
This is not actually a tourist place for the general public. But According to the MHRD survey, NITH is the second most beautiful campus in the country including all engineering institute. The distance to campus from the main bus terminus of Hamirpur city is approximately 4 kilometers. But you can step into it to explorer its beauty and the campus greenery. We have been to various IITs, NITs but trust me, NIT Hamirpur is one of those places that will make your day mesmerizing and unforgettable too. Perfect photoshoot, movie shoots and what else you want? Perfect place for hangout and many more things. So next time if you are coming to Hamirpur. Don’t forget to explore the NIT Hamirpur Campus.
